FAQ
Can I use OddCount today?
Not yet. We're building it now and aiming to launch in early 2027. Join early access and we'll email you when it's ready.
Will it change my listings or orders?
Not at launch. OddCount only reads data, and fixing a mismatch stays in your hands (or your connector's). We're planning an optional automatic fix for later. If we build it, it will stay off unless you turn it on.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, once we launch on the Shopify App Store: 14 days free, then billed through Shopify. Founding members get it too. OddCount runs a full check as soon as you connect and sends a daily report, even when everything matches. Three days before your trial ends, we email you a summary of what it found, so you can decide.
What counts as a SKU?
Each product variant you list on eBay. For example, every size and color of a T-shirt counts separately.
Do I have to switch connectors?
No. OddCount sits next to whatever you use now.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You'll connect through Shopify's and eBay's official sign-in screens and can disconnect any time.
What about Amazon?
Amazon is planned after eBay. Founding members will get it at the same $19/month when it's ready.
How does the Founding plan work?
You reserve it with a refundable $19 pre-order. When OddCount launches on the Shopify App Store, you subscribe there to the Founding plan: a 14-day free trial, then $19/month, locked in for your store. We refund your pre-order the day you subscribe. If you switch plans later, you can always come back to Founding at $19. Until launch there's nothing to try, so your pre-order is covered by a guarantee: if OddCount isn't right for you within 30 days after launch, we refund everything you've paid us. Want out before launch? Email us and we'll refund it. If we don't launch, everyone gets a refund.
My store is small. Is $19 too much?
